    Buyer accepts full responsibility for the proper use and service of all products and waives all liability claims against Evolved MotorSports, LLC. Installation of products and/or inability to install products correctly indicates buyer accepts these conditions.

    Evolved MotorSports shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the products on this web site, Even if Evolved M.S. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Shipping & Delivery

  • We use FedEx and UPS when shipping products. Some shipments may require truck freight. We can ship to any state within the Continental U.S. Shipments outside of this service area are subject to terms and approval. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund for shipments not covered in our regularly serviced area.

    If an item is on back-order or must be drop shipped from a manufacturer for a special ordered item, we will notify you immediately via email.

    Most shipments arrive within 2-6 business days, depending on your location.
